1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale, on pixelambience.com, of additional Pixel Ambience digital scenes to consumers. Placing an order means accepting the terms in force on the day of the order.

2. Products

Each country offers one free scene and paid scenes, sold individually or as a pack. A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the scene in Pixel Ambience, attached to the buyer’s account, for private use. No subscription is offered.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros before ordering. A pack already started is charged for the remaining scenes only. Payment is made by card or PayPal through Stripe, which processes the payment data; the publisher has no access to it. Depending on the buyer’s country and bank, Stripe may offer a currency conversion.

4. Order and access

Ordering requires a Pixel Ambience account. The scene is available from that account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, on the website.

5. Right of withdrawal

Scenes are digital content supplied immediately. Before paying, the buyer expressly requests this immediate access and acknowledges losing the 14-day right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, article L221-28, 13°). Without this consent, the order cannot be placed.

6. Conformity and support

If a purchased scene does not work as described, write to contact@pixelambience.com. The publisher will bring it into conformity or refund it, under the legal conformity guarantee for digital content (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-12 and following).

7. Account and deletion

The buyer may delete their account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion removes access to purchased scenes and does not give rise to a refund. A granted refund or a disputed payment removes access to the scene concerned.

8. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, the buyer may first contact the publisher, then use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose details will be given above, or bring the matter before the competent court.
